On June 18, 2010, David presented two invited talks at the China Mobile PPSP Workshop in Beijing, China: PPSP Protocol Considerations (PowerPoint) and PPSP Tracker Protocol (Powerpoint). David presented a SIP Technology Update at VoiceCon's first ever virtual event on June 10, 2009. On March 30, 2009 David Bryan presented on SIP Fundamentals and Prospects at VoiceCon Orlando 2009. David Bryan presented a SIP tutorial at VoiceCon San Francisco 2008 on November 10, 2008. On November 20, 2008 Dan York Interviewed David for a video podcast at the Voxeo corporate blog On July 9th, 2008 David Bryan spoke about Peer-to-Peer SIP on "Alec Saunder's Squawkbox Podcast" guest hosted by Dan York. On April 18, 2008, David presented on the paper "The Design of a Versatile, Secure P2PSIP Communications Architecture for the Public Internet" at Hot-P2P '08 (workshop @ IPDPS 2008) March, 2008 -- Telecom blogger Ike Elliott interviewed David Bryan on Peer to Peer Technology for his Telecosm Blog. David Bryan spoke on "P2PSIP: Why, What, Where and When?" at VoiceCon Orlando 2008 on March 19, 2008. On January 30, 2008 David Bryan spoke on P2PSIP and participated in a debate on "P2PSIP Technical Issues" at International SIP 2008 in Paris, France On January 24, 2008 David Bryan led a session on "The State of SIP" at the ITEXPO East in Miami, Florida. On November 30, 2007 David Bryan provided a "Peer-to-Peer Network Update" at the New Market Peering Conference in Orlando, Florida. On November 1, 2007 David Bryan spoke on how "Peer to Peer will do to VoIP, What VoIP did to the PSTN" at Fall VON. David Bryan spoke on SIP Fundamentals and Prospects at VoiceCon 2007 in San Francisco. He also moderated the panel "Peer-to-Peer: Friend or Foe" on August 21st. David gave an invited talk on P2PSIP at Alcatel-Lucent's Bell Labs in August 2007. David Bryan was invited to speak at Spring VON Europe in Stockholm, Sweden on how "Peer to Peer will do to VoIP, What VoIP did to the PSTN". David spoke presented on SIPeerior Technologies at the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association's "Capital Connection" in Baltimore in May of 2007. In May 2007 David Bryan spoke on "Why SIP is Crucial to Convergence" at Interop Las Vegas 2007 On April 11, 2007 David Bryan and Carl Ford, Community Developer for pulvermedia, presented a webinar entitled "P2P SIP will do to VoIP what VoIP has done to PSTN". David was invited to speak on "Emerging IETF Standards work in the IETF" on March 15, 2007 at the "Future of VoIP II" ISOC Nederland Conference in The Hauge, the Netherlands. For VoiceCon Spring 2007, David Bryan spoke on "SIP Fundamentals and Prospects" on March 5. On March 8, David moderated a discussion on P2P technologies. February 28, 2007, David Bryan spoke on "Emerging IETF Standards Work on P2P SIP" and participated in the debate on SIP, P2P and IMS at International SIP 2007. David presented a series of invited talks on P2PSIP at Huawei in Nanjing, China in January, 2007. David Bryan spoke at Fall VON 2006 in Boston on "SIP Peer to Peer: Is This the New SIP?". David Bryan spoke at VoiceCon Fall 2006 in San Francisco, in the session "What's to Fear from Peer to Peer", and lead the SIP tutorial "SIP Fundamentals and Prospects".
